`GET /api/v1/admin/demand`

Requests by the way they came in, and how far conversations with the
assistant get before somebody leaves (13 October 2026). Counts only.

- DemandOverview: The overview's numbers about demand: requests by the way they came in, over all time and over the last 30 days, and the assistant's conversations that are still kept (they are deleted with their retention period).
