`GET /api/mobile/directory/featured`

The Trooth Network's front page: published companies, those with a witnessed record first. Cached at the edge for 120 seconds. Readable cross-origin: the response carries Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * and never Access-Control-Allow-Credentials, so a browser on any site may read it without cookies.

Published companies.

    - `standing` 'Witnessed' | 'Self-published', required

    - `tagline` string
    - `last_scan` string: The date of the last witnessed reading, when there is one.

## Other responses

- `503`: The directory could not be read.
