`GET /api/legal/{slug}`

The full text of one of the twenty published Trooth legal documents, with its title, effective date and body. The slug must be one of the published set; anything else responds 404. Cached at the edge for one hour with a one day stale-while-revalidate window. Readable cross-origin: the response carries Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * and never Access-Control-Allow-Credentials, so a browser on any site may read it without cookies.
