Get Location allowlist IDs, in ascending order, one cursor-paginated page at a time.

## Query parameters

- `size` integer
- `cursor` string

## Response `200`

location IDs from the allowlist and the cursor of the next page, if any

- CursorPageResponseInteger: One page of a cursor-paginated collection. To read the following page, send <code>pagination.next_cursor</code> back as the <code>cursor</code> request parameter; the end of the collection is reached when it is absent. A page can be shorter than <code>pagination.size</code> while <code>next_cursor</code> is still present, but never empty.
  - `data` integer[], required
  - `pagination` CursorPageMetadata, required
    - `next_cursor` string: Opaque cursor for the next page. Absent when there are no more pages. Do not parse or build it; only send it back unchanged.
    - `size` integer: Maximum number of items requested for this page.
