Retrieve the status and aggregate processing counts for a bulk action.

  - `type` 'CANCEL' | 'REPLAY', required

    - `total` integer, required: The number of runs selected when the bulk action was created.
    - `success` integer, required: The number of runs processed successfully.
    - `failure` integer, required: The number of runs that could not be processed.
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required
  - `completedAt` string, date-time
