    - `actualStartDate` string, date, nullable, required: Observed start, explicitly recorded from evidence. Independent of the schedule; null means unknown, never not started.
    - `actualEndDate` string, date, nullable, required: Observed end, explicitly recorded from evidence. May fall outside the plan. Null means unknown, never incomplete.
