Poll a pending OAuth flow's status (frontend fallback to postMessage).

- `pending_integration_id` string, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- McpOAuthPendingStatusResponse: Polling response for the OAuth flow's current state.
  - `authorized` boolean, required: True once the OAuth callback has received tokens for this pending flow. Frontend can fire the consume mutation.
  - `expired` boolean, required: True if the pending flow has expired or failed (TTL elapsed, OAuth provider returned an error, etc.). Frontend must restart the flow.
