# Get alert statistics

`GET /v1/alerts/statistics`

## Request

Aggregate Alert Intelligence statistics for your organization over a time range: total alerts, investigated vs. noisy counts, noise reduction, and escalation response times. Filter by `start_time` / `end_time` (timezone-aware ISO-8601).

## Query parameters

- `start_time` string, date-time, nullable: Inclusive lower bound on when the alert fired (ISO-8601, UTC).
- `end_time` string, date-time, nullable: Exclusive upper bound on when the alert fired (ISO-8601, UTC).

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AlertStatisticsResponse: Aggregate alert statistics for the organization over a time range.
  - `total_alerts` integer, required: Total number of alerts.
  - `num_investigated_alerts` integer, required: Number of anomalous alerts triggered for investigation.
  - `num_noisy_alerts` integer, required: Number of alerts classified as noise.
  - `noise_reduction` number, required: Noise reduction percentage (0-100).
  - `avg_response_time` number, nullable: Average escalation response time in minutes (null if none).
  - `median_escalation_response_time` number, nullable: Median escalation response time in minutes (null if none).

## Other responses

- `400`: The request contains an invalid value.
- `4XX`: Client error returned in the V1 error envelope.
