`DELETE /memories/{memory_id}`

Delete a memory permanently.

Args:
    memory_id: ID of the memory to delete.
    authorized_user: Authorized user with organization context.

Returns:
    Success response with memory ID.

Raises:
    HTTPException: If memory not found or not authorized.

- DeleteMemoryResponse: Response for deleting a memory.
