# Get Mcp Unique Users

`GET /organization/surfaces/mcp`

Distinct humans who started a Traversal MCP session, the last 7 days unless bounded.

The organization is always the caller's. The count is a floor: follow-ups
collapse into the parent session, read-only MCP calls write no session,
and a shared API key attributes everyone to the key owner.

## Query parameters

- `start_time` string, date-time, nullable — Start timestamp (inclusive), ISO 8601 with timezone. Defaults to 7 days before end_time.
- `end_time` string, date-time, nullable — End timestamp (exclusive), ISO 8601 with timezone. Defaults to now.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- McpUniqueUsersResponse — How many unique humans started a Traversal MCP session in the requested window.
  - `unique_user_count` integer, required

- `422` — Validation Error
