# Restaurants for a city, ranked by guide tier then rating

Ordering: guide tier (3-star > 2-star > 1-star > value-pick > listed > none) > rating DESC > quality_class > curation richness (notable_for, description) > data_quality. Guide tier is the dominant signal where present (~19k restaurants); rating-based ranking applies otherwise. Megacity rollup applies to city_id (e.g. Paris aggregates from arrondissements).
