- MembershipLevelCriteria — Model for getting membership level criteria
  - `membershipLevelId` integer, required — Membership level identifier
  - `emailAddress` string, email, required — Customer email address
  - `couponId` string, nullable — Coupon identifier
  - `referralId` string, nullable — Optional referral identifier
