`DELETE /clients/{clientID}`

指定したクライアントIDのクライアントを削除します。
正常に削除された場合、このクライアントを通じての認可は全て取り消されます。

正常に削除できました。

- `403` — 削除できませんでした。権限がありません。
- `404` — 削除できませんでした。指定されたクライアントは存在しません。
