スタンプの情報を取得します。

  - `id` string, uuid — スタンプUUID
  - `name` string — スタンプ名
  - `creatorId` string, uuid — スタンプ作成者UUID
  - `fileId` string, uuid — スタンプファイルUUID
  - `createdAt` string, date-time — スタンプ作成日時
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time — スタンプ更新日時

- `404` — 取得できませんでした。指定されたスタンプは存在しません。
