`PUT /bots/{botID}/state`

Botの状態を変更します。

## Request body

- PutBotState
  - `state` string, required — activeまたはinactive

## Response `202`

Botのアクティベーションを受理しました。PINGリクエストが通り次第有効になります。

## Other responses

- `204` — 変更できました。
- `400` — リクエスト内容が不正です。
- `403` — 権限がありません。
- `404` — 指定したBotは存在しません。
