指定したメッセージを編集します。

- SendMessage
  - `text` string, required — Markdown形式のメッセージ本文

## Response `204`

正常に編集できました。

## Other responses

- `403` — 編集できませんでした。指定されたメッセージを編集する権限がありません。
- `404` — 編集できませんでした。指定されたメッセージは存在しません。
