チャンネルの情報を返します。

チャンネルを返します。

- Channel
  - `channelId` string, uuid — チャンネルUUID
  - `name` string — チャンネル名
  - `member` string[] — UUIDの配列
  - `parent` string, uuid — 親の階層のチャンネルUUID
  - `topic` string — チャンネルトピック
  - `children` string[] — UUIDの配列
  - `visibility` boolean — チャンネルの可視状態
  - `force` boolean — 強制通知チャンネルか
  - `private` boolean — プライベートチャンネルか
  - `dm` boolean — ダイレクトメッセージチャンネルか

- `404` — 取得に失敗しました。 指定したチャンネルは存在しません。
