`POST /v1/me/subscription/change`

Switch the caller's existing subscription to a different paid tier
(e.g. downgrade Ultra -> Pro), prorated. Polar fires subscription.updated
and the webhook applies the new tier; we also reconcile it here so the
response is immediately correct.
