# Manage Tracked Article Public

`POST /tracked-articles/manage`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.trakkr.ai`
- URL: `https://api.trakkr.ai/tracked-articles/manage`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Start, stop or resume tracking one published article.

- action='track': track a live article URL (url required), optionally
  aimed at up to 20 tracked prompts. Tracking the same URL again is a no-op.
- action='stop': stop tracking (article_id or url). Observations are kept.
- action='restore': resume a stopped article (article_id or url).

An article on the brand's own site is tracked but never put on the outreach
shortlist. Requires editor access to a paid brand.

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: The operation failed
- `503`: Authentication, entitlement, or a required dependency is temporarily unavailable
