# Create Narrative Api

`POST /narratives`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.trakkr.ai`
- URL: `https://api.trakkr.ai/narratives`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Create a new narrative and trigger the first analysis.

Narratives track how AI models discuss a specific topic related to your brand.
The first analysis runs automatically in the background.

Requires Scale plan.

## Request body

- NarrativeCreateApiRequest: POST /narratives request body.
  - `brand_id` string, uuid, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `description` string, required
  - `keywords` string[], required
  - `comparison_brand` string, nullable

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- NarrativeCreateApiResponse: POST /narratives response.
  - `narrative_id` string, required
  - `status` string
  - `message` string

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, malformed, or expired credentials
- `402`: The current plan does not fund this operation
- `403`: Invalid credentials, missing brand access, or insufficient role
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: The operation failed
- `503`: Authentication, entitlement, or a required dependency is temporarily unavailable
