# Add Brand Market

`POST /get-brands/markets`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.trakkr.ai`
- URL: `https://api.trakkr.ai/get-brands/markets`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Add a country and question language to a brand.

Supply language explicitly for a locale such as Spain/Spanish; otherwise
new markets inherit the brand language. Questions share their IDs across
markets and missing translations are prepared on the next report run.
This does not change an existing market's language or historical reports.
Subject to market limits based on your plan.

## Request body

- AddMarketRequest: POST /get-brands/markets request body.
  - `brand_id` string, uuid, required
  - `location` string, required
  - `market_name` string, nullable
  - `language` string, nullable: Question language (BCP-47), for example es or en-GB. Omit to inherit the brand language when creating a market. Existing market languages are never changed; use Replace market in brand settings to preserve history.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, malformed, or expired credentials
- `402`: The current plan does not fund this operation
- `403`: Invalid credentials, missing brand access, or insufficient role
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: The operation failed
- `503`: Authentication, entitlement, or a required dependency is temporarily unavailable
