# Add Content Knowledge Text Public

`POST /content/knowledge/sources/text`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.trakkr.ai`
- URL: `https://api.trakkr.ai/content/knowledge/sources/text`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Add a raw-text source to a brand's knowledge base.

Processing is async: the source returns with status='pending' and is chunked
and embedded in the background. Poll GET /content/knowledge?view=sources for
status (pending -> ready/error) and chunk counts.

## Request body

- PublicKnowledgeTextRequest: POST /content/knowledge/sources/text body.
  - `brand_id` string, uuid, required
  - `name` string, required
  - `content` string, required

## Response `200`

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, malformed, or expired credentials
- `402`: The current plan does not fund this operation

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
- `500`: The operation failed
- `503`: Authentication, entitlement, or a required dependency is temporarily unavailable
