`POST /api/v1/onboarding`

## Request body

- CompleteOnboardingRequest
  - `organization_name` string, required — Display name for the user's new organization.
  - `display_name` string, required — The user's own name.
  - `referral_source` string, required — How the user heard about Trajectory.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CompleteOnboardingResponse
  - `organization_id` string, required — The `org_*` id created for the user.
  - `tier` 'ORG_TIER_STANDARD', required
