Per Binance USDT pair: return of the ALT/BTC ratio in percent (positive = beat Bitcoin) — r30_pct, and since payload_version 2.0.0 `windows` for 1d/7d/30d/90d/180d/ytd/365d (1d = daily close vs prior day; null when the pair is younger than the window) plus a `summary` (BTC in USD, share of pairs beating BTC, median pair, per window, over all fresh pairs) — and the trend state on the last day (uptrending / basing / downtrending, locked SMA50/SMA200 definition — see definition_hash). Pairs sorted strongest-first; stablecoins and tokenized stocks excluded; survivors only; refreshed daily. Descriptive ranking, NOT a signal — measured against the base rate the "uptrending" state sat BELOW the unconditional median at every horizon (see /api/v1/knowledge/alt_vs_btc_base_rate/GLOBAL, linked as base_rate_context). ## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input — fehlt Pflichtfeld oder Wert außerhalb des erlaubten Bereichs.
- `401`: Unauthenticated — kein gültiger Bearer-Token im Authorization-Header.
- `403`: Tier-Insufficient — Endpoint braucht höheren API-Tier. Response enthält upgrade_url.
- `404`: Not-Found — Resource existiert nicht oder gehört nicht dem aktuellen User.
- `429`: Rate-Limit überschritten — Tier-Quota (hourly/daily) oder Per-Endpoint-Quota erreicht. Retry-After-Header gesetzt.
- `500`: Internal Error.
- `503`: Upstream-Failure — Datenquelle nicht erreichbar (Binance, EODHD, etc.).
