`GET /v1/account`

Returns broker account information including balance and buying power.

  - `data` unknown, required

## Other responses

- `401`: Invalid or missing API key
- `404`: No broker configured for this user
- `429`: Per-key rate limit exceeded (`code: rate_limited`). Wait `Retry-After` seconds.
- `502`: Broker communication error
