Returns the DIME circulating and staked supply, and the wallets holding the DIME outside circulation

    - `addresses` string[]: Ethereum mainnet wallets holding it
    - `balance` string: Their DIME balance, each wallet floored to whole DIME. Omitted when unavailable
    - `category` 'DIME_ASSISTANCE_FUND' | 'PARADIGM_BALANCE_SHEET_BUYBACKS' | 'LIQUIDITY_PROGRAMS' | 'TREASURY' | 'PARADIGM_AND_STRATEGIC_INVESTORS' | 'ONGOING_COMMUNITY_REWARDS' | 'CORE_CONTRIBUTORS': Allocation category
  - `circulating_supply` string: DIME in circulation: total supply less the allocations' balances, in whole DIME. Omitted when unavailable.
  - `staked_supply` string: DIME held by the staking contract, including stakes in their unstake cooldown. Omitted when unavailable.
