# Reset market maker protection

`POST /account/mmp/reset`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.prod.paradex.trade/v1`
- URL: `https://api.prod.paradex.trade/v1/account/mmp/reset`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Lifts the account's market maker protection (MMP) freeze and clears the window, keeping the config, for `base_asset` or else every base asset with MMP enabled. Refused with MMP_MIN_FREEZE_NOT_ELAPSED within 1 second of a trip; when resetting every base asset, that error's `data.refused` and `data.reset` say which were reset. Works after MMP is no longer enabled for the account. Limited per account by a token bucket of 60 resets refilling at 60 per minute, plus a shorter burst limit; either returns 429. Read-only tokens are rejected.

  - `base_asset` string: Base asset to reset; every base asset with MMP enabled when omitted

## Response `200`

OK

- ResponsesAccountMmpResetResp
  - `results` ResponsesAccountMmpResetResult[]: Ordered by base asset. Empty when no base asset has MMP enabled
    - `base_asset` string: Base asset that was reset
    - `reset_at` integer: Unix millis the freeze and window were cleared
