# Renew expired verification for the explicitly confirmed current identity

`POST /v2/business-profiles/{profile_id}/verification`

## Request

- Auth: API key in header `X-Api-Key`

## Request body

- BusinessProfileVerificationRenewal
  - `confirmed` boolean, required: Must be true to authorize renewal.
  - `expectedIdentityRevision` integer, required

## Response `202`

Renewal accepted or already pending

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid body or missing confirmation
- `403`: Sandbox, missing key owner, or compliance hold
- `404`: Business not found
- `409`: Stale identity or renewal unavailable
