# Read the company compliance profile.

`GET /api/v1/company/compliance-profile`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.tracepass.eu`
- URL: `https://app.tracepass.eu/api/v1/company/compliance-profile`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://app.tracepass.eu/api/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://app.tracepass.eu/api/oauth/token`, scopes: `regulatory:read`)
  - OAuth 2 (authorization code, authorization URL `https://app.tracepass.eu/api/oauth/authorize`, token URL `https://app.tracepass.eu/api/oauth/token`, scopes: `passports:read`)

Returns the stored compliance profile for the authenticated
company — the company facts the DPP Assistant uses to tailor its
answers (role, product categories, EU markets, size, sales channels,
data systems). Returns `{ "complianceProfile": {} }` when no profile
has been saved yet.

Auth: Bearer API key OR OAuth with `regulatory:read` OR
`passports:read`. Does not count as a scope answer.

Company compliance profile (may be empty).

  - `complianceProfile` object, required: The stored profile. Empty object `{}` when nothing has been saved yet.

    - `ownBrand` boolean

    - `markets` string[]: ISO-3166-1 alpha-2 codes or `EU`.
    - `sizeBand` 'sme' | 'large'
    - `salesChannels` string[]
    - `dataSystems` string
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time: When the profile was last updated; absent when empty.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
