# Create Workflow Execution

`POST /workspaces/{workspace_id}/workflow-executions`

Create and schedule a workflow execution.

  - `workflow_id` union, required

  - `inputs` unknown
  - `case_task_id` string, uuid, nullable: Case task that started this run. The run is then listed under the task's workflow runs.
  - `time_anchor` string, date-time, nullable: Override the workflow's time anchor for FN.now() and related functions. If not provided, computed from TemporalScheduledStartTime (for schedules) or workflow start_time (for other triggers).
