# Batch Set Parent

`POST /workspaces/{workspace_id}/cases/batch-set-parent`

Group cases as sub-cases of a parent case with per-case results.

## Path parameters

## Request body

- CaseBatchSetParent: Request body for grouping cases as sub-cases of a parent case.
  - `case_ids` string[], required
  - `parent_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CaseBatchResponse: Per-case results and aggregate counts for a batch operation.
  - `results` CaseBatchItemResult[], required
    - `case_id` string, uuid, required
