# List Users

`GET /scim/v2/Users`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://platform.tracecat.com/api`
- URL: `https://platform.tracecat.com/api/scim/v2/Users`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

List provisioned users, optionally filtered by ``userName``.

The filter matches case-insensitively: Okta queries with whatever casing
the directory holds, and a case-sensitive match would make it create a
duplicate.

## Query parameters

- `filter` string, nullable
- `startIndex` integer
- `count` integer

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ScimListResponse: The envelope every SCIM query returns, paginated 1-based.
