# Locate Intake Form

`GET /intake/forms/{form_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://platform.tracecat.com/api`
- URL: `https://platform.tracecat.com/api/intake/forms/{form_id}`
- Auth: API key in cookie `fastapiusersauth`

Find which workspace a form belongs to.

Returns 404 for an unknown form, a form in another organization, and a
form in a workspace where the caller cannot read forms.

## Path parameters

- `form_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- FormIntakeLocation: Where a form lives, for a requester who only has its ID.
  - `form_id` string, uuid, required
  - `workspace_id` string, uuid, required
  - `workspace_name` string, required

## Other responses

- `422`: Validation Error
