# Set Source

`PUT /admin/managed-resources/source`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://platform.tracecat.com/api`
- URL: `https://platform.tracecat.com/api/admin/managed-resources/source`
- Auth: API key in cookie `fastapiusersauth`

Set the managed resources source and pin its Git binding.

## Request body

- ManagedSourceUpdate: Set the managed resources source. The workspace must have a Git sync provider and repository URL; both are pinned with the setting.
  - `workspace_id` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ManagedSourceRead: The workspace managed resources are published from, and its Git binding.
  - `workspace_id` string, uuid, required
  - `organization_id` string, uuid, required
  - `git_provider` 'github' | 'gitlab' | 'bitbucket' | 'bitbucket_data_center', required: Version control host backing a workspace sync repository.
  - `git_repo_url` string, required
