- RecommendJobsBody: 岗位推荐请求体（V1.3 混合搜索）
  - `resume_id` integer: 简历 id（必填，int；仅限自己的简历，他人 403）
  - `limit` integer: 返回条数（默认 10，≤50）
  - `job_type` string: Stage1 硬过滤（intern/fulltime/campus/parttime 等）
  - `city` string: 覆盖简历城市过滤（可选；不传用简历城市）——hybrid-search 传查询城市保证两路一致
  - `weights` object: 自定义元数据权重 {city,position,skill,salary,experience}
