城市限定 RRF 混合搜索（推荐引擎精度路 + 向量搜索召回路 + RRF 交叉验证）：
两路都命中的岗位自动升 top（真匹配浮出），单路噪音自动降权。
Agent 一次调用获得最优候选，无需自己实现融合。

## Request body

- HybridSearchBody: 城市限定 RRF 混合搜索请求体
  - `resume_id` integer: 简历 id（必填，int；仅限自己的简历，他人 403）
  - `city` string: 目标城市（中文全称，如 重庆）；城市限定是融合前提，不传则取简历城市
  - `query` string: 向量搜索文本（默认取简历 意向+技能+摘要）
  - `job_type` string: 过滤（intern/fulltime 等，两路同传）
  - `limit` integer: 返回条数（默认 10，≤30）
  - `k` integer: RRF 参数（IR 标准值 60）
