# Health Check

`GET /health`

## Request

- Base URL: `http://localhost:8000`
- URL: `http://localhost:8000/health`

Health check verifying Redis, async PostgreSQL, and the public sync read path.

Returns 200 if all components healthy, 503 if any fail.
Used by Docker Compose healthcheck, ECS container health checks, and ALB target groups.
