# Enroll Webauthn Begin

`POST /auth/mfa/enroll/webauthn/begin`

Generate WebAuthn registration options and create a pending row.

Mirrors :func:`enroll_totp` — pending row stays inactive until the
matching ``/complete`` call verifies the attestation.
