# List access review campaigns

`GET /accessReviews/campaigns`

Lists access review campaign executions bucketed by state. Completed and archived executions include the file IDs of their auto-generated report ZIPs (per-app CSVs, and per-app PDFs), which can be downloaded via the `GET /files/{id}/download` endpoint. A null file ID on a completed execution means the report is still being generated — retry shortly. Archived executions hold partial reports for campaigns that were cancelled or archived before completion. `completedExecutions` includes runs concluded early by an admin.

Ordering: every bucket is newest-first. Each bucket returns at most `limit` executions (default 100, max 1000) — a bucket holding exactly `limit` items may have older ones beyond it; raise `limit` to fetch deeper history. Use `completedAfter` to poll for newly completed executions — it returns only executions whose `completionTime` is strictly after the given timestamp.
