# Edit Torrent

`PUT /v1/api/torrents/edittorrent`

Edits a torrent's data. This overwrites the pre-existing data for the torrent. Item must be cached. Requires API key.

## Request body

- EditTorrent
  - `torrent_id` integer, required
  - `name` string, nullable
  - `tags` string[], nullable
  - `alternative_hashes` string[], nullable
  - `airlocked` boolean, nullable
