# Enrich Account

`POST /v1/accounts/enrich`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.topo.io`
- URL: `https://api.topo.io/v1/accounts/enrich`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Look up what a company does from its website domain.

Stored company data is returned when the workspace already knows the
domain; otherwise the company's website is summarized on the fly. Nothing
is written to the workspace, so this never creates an account — use
`POST /v1/accounts` for that.

Requires the `accounts:read` scope on the API key.

## Request body

- EnrichAccountPublicInput
  - `domain` string, required: Website domain of the company to look up.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- EnrichAccountPublicOutput
  - `name` string, nullable: Company name.
  - `domain` string, required: Website domain that was looked up.
  - `summary` string, nullable: What the company does, summarized from its website when no stored data exists.
  - `employee_count` integer, nullable: Known headcount.
  - `industry` string, nullable: Known industry.
  - `country` string, nullable: Known headquarters country.
