# Create a catalog import

`POST /ops/sellers/{seller_id}/catalog/imports`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.topi-staging.eu`

- Auth: OAuth 2
  - Authorization code: `/oauth2/authorize`
  - Token URL: `/oauth2/token` scopes: `catalog:edit`

Create a new CSV import job for a seller.

## Path parameters

- `seller_id` string, regexp, required: Seller ID

## Request body

- OpsCreateImportRequestBody
  - `filename` string: The name of the CSV file to import

## Response `201`

Created response.

- OpsCatalogCreateImportResult
  - `id` string, regexp, required: The import job ID.
  - `upload_url` string, uri, required: The upload url in the storage where the uploaded CSV is located.

## Other responses

- `400`: BadRequest: Bad Request response.
- `401`: Unauthorized: Unauthorized response.
- `403`: InvalidScopes: Forbidden response.
- `429`: TooManyRequests: Too Many Requests response.
