`GET /ops/product_suggestions/{product_id}`

  - `seller_id` string: The id of the seller
  - `subtitle` string: The subtitle of the product
  - `suggestion_weight` integer: The weight of the suggestion
  - `title` string: The title of the product

- `400`: BadRequest: Bad Request response.
- `401`: Unauthorized: Unauthorized response.
- `403`: InvalidScopes: Forbidden response.
- `404`: NotFound: Not Found response.
