Daily water intake from weight, activity and climate. The base is 35 ml per kilogram of body weight, the midpoint of the usual 30 to 40 ml guideline, plus 350 ml for every 30 minutes of exercise and a flat 500 ml in a hot or humid climate, reported in litres and in 250 ml glasses. This is an indication, not medical advice.
