Total daily energy expenditure from BMR and activity level. The basal rate is Mifflin-St Jeor (1990) and comes from the same function the BMR tool uses, multiplied by an activity factor from 1.2 to 1.9, with five ready-made calorie targets from a 500 kcal cut to a 500 kcal bulk. This is an indication, not medical advice.
