# ROT13 Cipher

`POST /api/v1/tools/rot13`

## Request

Apply ROT13, or any Caesar shift from 1 to 25, to a text. Letters rotate and keep their case; digits and punctuation stay as they are. Decoding with shift 13 gives the original back.
