Work out what a Dutch mortgage costs per month: an annuiteitenhypotheek, where the payment stays the same and the split between interest and repayment shifts, or a lineaire hypotheek, where the payment falls every month. Returns the first and last monthly payment, the interest in the first month, the total interest and the total cost, plus a net payment after hypotheekrenteaftrek when you give the deduction rate. An indication, not mortgage or tax advice: NHG, income tests and lender conditions are not modelled.
