Estimated due date and current week from the last period or conception date. Naegele's rule adds 280 days to the first day of the last menstrual period, or 266 days when counting from conception, and the result also carries gestational age, trimester and the 12, 20, 28 and 37 week milestone dates. Estimate only, consult your midwife or doctor.
