Keep, drop or reorder the columns of a CSV. Columns are named by header text or by 1-based position, and the order they are asked for is the order they come back in, so the same call also reorders. The delimiter is detected when not given, quoted fields holding commas and line breaks survive, and the result is either CSV or one value per line.
