# Watch a task's walkthrough

`GET /api/tasks/{id}/walkthrough`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.toma.com`
- URL: `https://www.toma.com/api/tasks/{id}/walkthrough`
- Auth: none required

Approved video for an open task, or a legacy private recording with a private token from authorized task details. GET and HEAD recheck the token, task version, and current hire. Private responses are streamed through Toma with no-store and never redirect to storage. Range requests return at most 4 MiB.

## Response `200`

The video (streamed for private access).

## Other responses

- `206`: Part of the video.
- `302`: Public recordings only: a short-lived link to the whole file when no Range header is sent.
- `404`: No accessible approved walkthrough, or the private token expired or was revoked.
